What these figures are

The pricing ranges shown on business listing pages are indicative market ranges, not quotes and not prices set by LocalTradeGuide. LocalTradeGuide is a directory — it does not perform pest control work, does not set operator prices, and does not guarantee that any listed business will charge within these ranges. Actual cost depends on property size, infestation severity, site access, location, and the specific operator's own pricing.

How the ranges were compiled

Figures were compiled in August 2026 from publicly published Australian pest control pricing information — operator rate cards, industry pricing guides, and comparable published cost surveys for the services listed (general pest treatment, termite inspection, termite chemical barriers, termite baiting systems, and rodent control). Metro entry-level figures reflect the lower end of published general-treatment pricing in each capital city at the time of compilation.

Limitations

• These are interim, second-hand market figures — not first-party data collected from the operators listed on this site.
• Prices change over time and by region; this page will be updated when ranges are refreshed.
• No individual business's price has been confirmed against these ranges.
• Always obtain a written quote directly from the operator before booking.

Planned improvement

LocalTradeGuide intends to replace these compiled market ranges with first-party pricing data once an operator pricing survey has been run. Until then, treat every figure on this site as an indicative starting point for a conversation with a licensed operator, not a price.
